Ignored because of her age, 50-year-old Amanda leaves a coffee shop without the last chocolate croissant, but maybe something even sweeter.

Directed by Lena Streitwieser and written by Mary Beth Warner, Excuse Me was a finalist in the 2023 Women in Film and Video (WIFV) Short Screenplay competition and the film was awarded the WIFV Short Narrative Film Finishing Grant.

The film stars Laureen E. Smith as Amanda, Greg Oliver Bodine as Keith, Karyn-Siobhán Robinson as Frances, Charlotte Caldejon as Selena, and Max “Nicknames” Streitwieser as Jake.
